Important Information:

     Pricing: Room pricing includes a gourmet breakfast but does not include taxes or gratuities. We currently have a 2 night minimum for the main guestroom however we will relax that policy further into our season based on our booking schedule.

     Check in and Check Out Times: Check-in is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am. We appreciate if you can let us know of your approximate time of arrival.  Arrangements can be made to leave bags with us and picked up later that same day.

       Deposits and Cancellation: A Credit Card number is required to hold the reservation. If a cancellation is made with less than three 3 weeks written notice, then the client will be billed one night’s stay based on the above room rate. Reservations cancelled with more than three 3 weeks notice shall be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No Shows' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
