Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Sometime there just isn’t the time to sit down and enjoy a relaxing breakfast so we have prepared a delicious Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie for you that is packed with nutritional goodness that will keep you going all day.

1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup organic blueberries or mixed fruit
1 teaspoon optional maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon optional peanut butter or almond butter



Place all  ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and smooth. Add additional milk to get achieve desired consistency. Top with hemp hearts, coconut flakes or chopped nuts if you wish.Here is another recipe that you might like for Fruit Salad.
