Whenever anyone asked me about a recipe I said “I should publish a cookbook to share the recipes with everyone”. When COVID-19 happened I finally realized that I had the time to write that cookbook. Although I must admit that this summer when it was really nice outside and I was inside writing recipes, I had second thoughts about writing a cookbook in the summertime. What was I thinking I should be writing this in the dead of winter when no one wants to be outside.
