Summer Events at Harbourfront Centre

Summer is here, so it’s time to get down to the waterfront and enjoy some events that the Harbourfront Centre has to offer. Among the list of the top free things to do in Toronto this summer is to go to catch an movie on Free Flicks nights at the outdoor theatre and Dance on the Pier that offers live bands and professional dance instructors under the stars and with a refreshing lake breeze. Here is the 2015 Summer Schedule.  dance classes run from 7 to 10pm

September 2 – Audience Choice: The Guilt Trip, Princess Bride or Much Ado About Nothing. You can cast your vote online at Harbourfront Centre before August 19th, 2015.

July 16 – Swing Shift Big Band – in the mood for Swing
July 23 – The Roots of Salsa with Son Ache
July 30 – Swing into Summertime with Toronto All-Star Big Band
August 6 – Contemporary Ballroom and Salsa with Son Ache
August 13 – Red Hot Rhythms with Toronto All-Star Big Band
August 20- Today’s Latin Sounds with Son Ache
August 27 Jumpin’ and Jivin’ with Toronto All-Star Big Band
September 3 – Closing Night of Cuban Rhythms with Son Ache

Diane Greene stepped off the corporate treadmill in 2004 for pursue a life of traveling and adventure. 10 years later she is still operating Toronto's only Boat Bed and Breakfast and travelling with her husband on Boatel, their 65 foot trawler in the US and Bahamas during the winter.
