We serve a delicious hot homemade breakfast every morning from 7:00 to 9:30 am. The menu will vary from day to day, and we take your food concerns and preferences into consideration. We offer healthy well-balanced breakfasts and also can offer Vegetarian, Celiac, Gluten Free, and Vegan, Lactose-Free or Weight Watchers breakfast options upon request. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so that we may plan accordingly. An early or breakfast-on-the-go is also available if you have to catch an early flight or early morning meeting. Of course coffee and tea is always ready really in the morning to enjoy on the sky lounge, lower deck or the salon.

Whole Wheat Banana Pecan Waffles
Part of our move to a healthier lifestyle was to adopt healthier recipes made with low fat milk, whole grains, flax seeds, and healthy oils. What did not change is the wonderful taste of these delicious waffles. Accompanied by fresh fruit, freshly whipped cream and of course real Canadian Maple Syrup. Recipe here

Italian Baked Eggs
This delicious baked egg recipe is cooked in a tomato sauce with freshly picked herbs and avocado. This has been voted as one of the best recipes by our Toronto bed and breakfast guests. This recipe is a huge hit with our vegetarian and gluten-free guests when served with gluten-free bread or toast and fruit. Recipe here

Blueberry Pumpkin Pancakes
Whipped egg whites and fresh pumpkin are two of the reasons that these delicious pancakes are so light and fluffy and mmmm good. Served with maple bacon this is a great start to the day. Recipe here

Maple Peameal Bacon Roast
This was a new edition to the menu in summer 2013 to the delight of many of our guests. Canadian Peameal Pork Loin is glazed with maple syrup, fresh rosemary and Chardonnay French Dijon and slow roasted for one hour. Paired with Peach Stuffed French toast or Florentine Baked Eggs this breakfast is memorable. Recipe here

Amish Baked Oatmeal
Every spring we have recipe month when we test out new breakfast recipes. This is of course Captain Ted’s favorite month because he is the judge. Last year we tried this baked oatmeal recipe, and oatmeal has never been the same since! If it is not on the menu be sure to ask for it. We now use Gluten-free oats for this recipe for an exciting option to people looking for Gluten-free travel. Recipe here
