Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Sometime there just isn’t the time to sit down and enjoy a relaxing breakfast so we have prepared a delicious Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie for you that is packed with nutritional goodness that will keep you going all day.
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup Greek yogurt |
1 cup organic blueberries or mixed fruit |
1 teaspoon optional maple syrup |
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon optional peanut butter or almond butter |
