Easy Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

If you like oatmeal then you will love this Easy Overnight Oatmeal Recipe. I have been experiment with different recipes but I discovered that replacing milk with almond beverage, adding shredded coconut, fruit and nuts; definitely makes this recipe both easy and delicious. oatmeal topped with blueberries

Easy Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond beverage
1/4 maple syrup
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 shredded coconut ( I use Omega Crunch Super Sprinkle which is a combination of organic coconut and flaxseed).
Fresh fruit – apples, blueberries, peaches..ect

Instructions
1. In a medium size bowl with a cover, mix oats, Almond beverage, maple syrup. Cover a refrigerate overnight.
2. Before serving stir in the vanilla yogurt and mix well. Pour into serving dishes and top with pecans, coconut and fresh fruit and serve
