Easy Potato Breakfast Casserole

This breakfast casserole is gluten free and is easy recipe to prepare and your guests or family will love it.

Easy Potato Breakfast Casserole

8 frozen Cavendish Farms Onion Hash Browns
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese or combination of cheddar and swiss
6-8 cooked breakfast sausages cut into small pieces
1-2 slices of bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
2 green onions sliced thinly
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1 Tablespoon grainy mustard

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
2.) Place frozen hash brown in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. I also used freeze dried hashbrowns when I can find them in Canada.
3.) Sprinkle cooked sausage, bacon, green onions and cheese over the hash browns
4.) In a small bowl mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard and pour over the hash browns
5.) Bake uncover for 40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
6.) Serve with your favorite fruit salad
