Perhaps the answer is sweet and savory. pineapple with red peppers recipe

This Fresh Pineapple Lime Salsa Recipe adds the perfect sweet component with any savory breakfast dish such as Tomato, Bacon and Spinach Frittata. It’s a fast and easy breakfast recipe that only takes a few minutes to make and can even be prepared the night before. I have made this recipe and served it with a dinner entrée but what makes it great for breakfast is the addition of fresh grated lime to my classic recipe. If you are worried about the jalapeno pepper – trust me as long as you take out the seeds no one will complain about it being too spicy. In fact they will be pleasantly surprised at how much they love it.
