The information below should answer any questions that you have about your reservation however please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
- B&B nightly rates are based on double occupancy with maximum of 2 people per room. Pricing is subject to change and based on availability.
- Guestroom with private ensuite starting at $265 per night
- Two cabins with shared bathroom starting at $189 each per night

- Pricing includes a delicious gourmet breakfast, bathrobes, WIFI Internet access, complimentary coffee/tea and water, personalized concierge service but does not include taxes or gratuities.
- The Boatel remains dockside at all times.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is 3:00 pm and Checkout is 11:00 am. Check-in before 3:00 pm or after 9:00 pm are by appointment only. We appreciate knowing your approximate time of arrival.
Luggage Storage: Please inquire for approvals if you need to drop off bags early or leave them on your checkout day. Luggage can be stored on checkout day until 3pm for free or $5 per bag after 3pm. On checkin day luggage can be dropped off for free after noon or a $5 per bag charge before noon – by appointment only.
Deposits and Cancellation: A credit card is required to hold all reservations. As a seasonal business cancellations have a significant impact on our business, therefore guests who cancel within 7 nights of arrival will be billed the full amount of all nights booked. If we can re-book the room, then we will credit those nights. No Shows and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
Rates and Payments: Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes (13%) and are payable in cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Diners Club. American Express is available for business travelers only.
Breakfast & Beverages: A delicious hot breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30 am. We are also pleased to offer celiac, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose-free, or healthy low-fat breakfast options upon request. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. You may bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or help yourself to our honor bar.
Wifi Access: We provide free wifi access for checking email, basic internet browsing. In order to control our costs for this free service, we ask you to refrain from: using video calling (Skype, Facetime), streaming videos, playing online video games, downloading or uploading large files (including photos) or using data-intensive applications. We reserve the right to restrict wifi to anyone using excessive bandwidth. Starbucks across the street has free wifi access.
Children & Pets: Well-behaved children are always welcome (8 years or older). Due to allergies of visiting guests, sorry no pets and sorry no exceptions even if your dog is very cute and friendly.
Smoking: For everyone’s comfort cigar and cigarette smoking is permitted only outdoors in a designated areas on our sky lounge, as long as it is not offensive to other guests. Please ask for an ashtray.The Boatel is a cannabis smoke-free environment.
Boatel Access: Guests are given full access to the Boatel except for captain’s quarters, engine room and kitchen. There is a small bar fridge on the sundeck for guest use for cold drinks; however, our kitchen is not for guest use. Access to the Boatel is limited to the registered guests only; please refrain from inviting friends aboard.
Gay Friendly Accommodations: LGBT guests are always welcome at the Boatel.
Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot at our marina for $20 per night. Once you request parking you will be sent instructions on getting your parking pass.
Boat Charters: We do not do boat cruises on Lake Ontario. The boat remains at dock at all times while guests are onboard. We are please to recommend various options for a public or private boat or dinner cruise for you with our partners in the harbour.
Luggage & Shoes: Soft collapsible luggage is highly recommended for easy stowage. The main (Bondi) can accommodate large luggage. The two forward cabins have storage room above the bed and in the hanging closet but does not have room for large hard-shelled luggage, so all hard luggage will be store in a common area with easy access. The interior is all mahogany and the floors are Brazilian cherry wood, so we ask you to take particular care when moving luggage around as in can damage the wood interior. No outside shoes inside the boat please.
Baseball Tickets: 2 tickets for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball game tickets are available for guests. Our seats are just left of home plate on the upper level in row 2. Tickets are $30 + tax each and must be reserved in advance. The Rogers Centre is a 10 minute walk from the Boatel. Please see the Blog Post for more details.
Bike Rentals: Two bikes are available for rental for $20 +13% tax per day. BikeShare bikes are also available nearby.
Welcome Package and Concierge Services: Upon arrival a welcome package including maps and local information awaits you. We are your ambassadors to the city of Toronto so please ask us about spa services, flowers and champagne, birthday cakes, tickets, dinner or theatre reservations, water taxi and many other services to make your stay memorable.
